I am planning to have a brace, but it seems i got a problem.. pls help..?

ok, so here's the legend

black - maybe 75% destroyed, its already broken by 50%, got cavities on it, almost black inside, i assume the dentist will also remove this

yellow - has been removed years ago, so its now blank, no teeth there

pink - the wisdom tooth part, haven't got the wisdom tooth, since im only 16..

so heres the problem, can i still get braces even if im missing 2 teeth? and im wondering if can i use/ let it stay the 2 wisdom tooth in my lower jaw to replace the missing teeth (the black and the yellow ones) which is already removed? is it ok for that? pls help me. 10 points for the one who could explain everything to me..
