I am getting my braces on next Wednesday and I have spacers on right now. They had to take off a nance that I had for a year and there is this stuff on my teeth. I don't know if it's glue or food from getting stuck underneath my nance. I want to get this stuff off before I get my braces on! Please help me get this stuff off my teeth?!!
