It comes with 14 strips and is supposed to be a two week process. However, it says for faster results, use twice a day. I'm not really in a big rush, and my teeth aren't that bad but I'd like to have my teeth whitened quicker. Would I get the same result as using it over a two week period? I realize it would make my teeth very sensitive, but other than that is it bad for them?
