So i got my braces on in 2006. I got them off in 2008. They gave me a top and bottom retainer, i would wear them throughout the day and at night. I have worn them until they literally broke and cracked in half, which was probably in the middle of 2009. I havent worn them since they broke. My teeth are fairly straight as can be, and i am happy with them. Its 2011, so its been a while since i have worn them. will my teeth still shift and get crooked? i havent ever worried about it until now.
