Repair for grinding teeth, composite coating?

My 4 front bottom teeth are worn down, due to grinding, and have little to no enamel left. What options do I have to fix and resurface them? ... without caps.

I have heard about composite coating, what other options do I have?

p.s. I am 71 years old.
