How do i take care of 17 dental fillings?

Hi,

I haven't been to dentist for 5 years due to my family not being able to afford it but now I could. Anyway I went when a tooth was killing me with pain and found out I've had like 17 cavities and already 3 broke and one tooth was factured. and some teeth are really sentsivie anyway..

I've been brushing my teeth twice daily with sensodyne tooth paste.

Could anyone recommend anything else to help protect my fillings and teeth from cracking? I don't wanna lose any more teeth please help.
