Yes you need to qualify for Invisalign because there are certain conditions you must meet to have a chance at them working For example, you must have all your adult teeth fully grown in. If you don't then your going to have issues because you only get impressions once and the different size of the tooth will make the tray not fit. Also if your case is complex, which it sounds like it is not, Invisalign will not work very well either. If you do qualify just make sure to wear them for 20-22 hours a day because they will not work otherwise.
